Promotions related issue

I did two separate promotions on Black Friday 2024. One was changing my cellular plan from TMobile to Verizon, and the other was getting the 5G Home Plus Internet and leaving Cox Communications. I was supposed to get two $200 switcher rebate gift cards, a $50 Amazon Gift Card, an XBox One Game System and an XBox One Gaming bundle with a $50 Microsoft Gift Card. I have been emailed, yet again, I am not getting any of the promotions. Question: How do you sleep at night, knowing you swindled hardworking people with lies and rainbows when actually you just cost them good service and money?

Truly disappointed.I I was too sorry but the switch to Verizon and we will pay your phone bill from the other carrier n the don't want to honor the promo and I have had multiple people tell me it's getting paid and they don't want tothey me so I told them go liste n to the phone conversations that are recorded
