Collection listed in my credit report

My credit report has been impacted by verzion inaccurately reporting a closed account as past due; I PAID IN FULL and closed the account in Sept 2024!!! I have PROOF of the billing statement showing I DONT OWE A BALANCE and a Bank statement showing I PAID on 9.10.24!!!

Verizon, please remove this inaccurate reporting and the balance. I dont owe anything!!
