I have been fighting Verizon for over a year. All I get are agents that say they "are not authorized to help" but can not transfer me to one that can. I have many hours of time dealing with this issue and will continue to look for a solution. Now, on top of the problem I have been dealing with, another comes up. I am currently looking to end my 15 years with Verizon and shopping for another carrier. If anyone knows an email, phone number, anything to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. A bill is a bill and needs to be paid, but when a mistake is involved no. I will not pay for something that they can not find an explanation for. Im done. Help!
