Recently we had a main sewer line repaired and it was discovered that a previous repair had been done at this same area and that this repair had failed. It looks like the previous repair was due to a Verizon Fios line being ran for the neighborhood. I contacted Verizon over chat and while the agent was nice and tried to be helpful I'm not sure they understood what I was trying to find out.
It appears that lots of other people have had this issue before and that posting here has gotten some feedback, either from the community or from a moderator. I'm hoping that someone can help me out in trying to find out when the previous repair was made and who it was done by, assuming this work was contracted out. Any assistance would be appreciated.
