I have been trying for 6 months to get the Military discount applied using Id.me, I have tried a chat in which they sent me a link that did the exact same thing and goes to a broken link. I have tried through Verizon page directly and also the id.me discount link. Nothing works, The chat agent said to try again in a couple of days, that was now a month ago. This is painfully frustrating, I have tried from multiple devices, multiple browsers, event my iPhone. on one occasion on my iPhone it took me as far as two place a brand new order, yet the chat person said there should have been a link for existing customers. There is zero help and zero support to get this resolved. I am about to switch to Comcast.
