Pending Mobile Order unable to join Mobile + Home benefits

I have 5 mobile lines as well as Fios 1 gig home internet. I have tried signing up for Verizon Home + Mobile benefits, but I get a pop up saying, "Sorry you have a pending Mobile Order that needs to be completed before can enroll in benefits". I do not have a pending order, and I have spoken with agents' multiple times and no one can help me.
