I recently ordered a new phone and watch as upgrades. When they delivered, the driver handed me both packages at the same time and I signed. I didn't notice one box was light until after he left since they were stacked. I received the watch but not the new phone. I immediately called customer support at Verizon to file a claim and was told it would take 3 days to investigate. Not 5 minutes after getting off the call with customer support, I get a text saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust your order as requested". What are the next steps here? I now have a watch that I can't use because the old phone is out of date, no longer supported for updates ,and a phone on my account that I never received.
I also filed a claim with FedEx.
