I purchased my iPhone SE back in March/2023 from Verizon. Because the iPhone SE battery did not last longer than a day. I decided to switch my Verizon unlimited data phone service back to my Verizon Samsung A03. Before my six month commitment for the iPhone SE purchase, I chatted with a Verizon agent to ensure that I would still get my $100 credit at the end of my six months even though I was using my Samsung A03 and not my iPhone SE, I was told to switch back to my iPhone to ensure that I will get my $100 credit. My nightmare began, the unlimited data plan no longer worked with the iPhone, I ended up getting only less than 5 GB a month for my unlimited plan. I chatted with multiple support agents, no one could find out what happened. My iPhone eventually failed to work. One agent pointed out that the iPhone cannot be re-connected while I was not in the USA. Since I was not getting unlimited data, the Verizon agent suggested that I should stop my service until my return to the USA. Now that I am back in the USA, my Verizon account is frozen. I have my userid and my password, but I could not get on. I called the support line, the AI would not connect me to a human agent. I tried Verizon chat, but I could not get through the AI to connect with a human agent. Now how can I access my $45 credit ?
