Text message usage is not showing up in MyVerizon online account. I know hundreds are being sent/received but only small number show up in usage in online account
We know how important it is to be able to manage your usage online and want to ensure you can see all Verizon messages listed, waterloch. Just to confirm, what message app is in use? What is the make and model of your phone? Are you reviewing unbilled usage or usage that was already billed?

Depending on the towers the text messages are sent from and recieved from, the usage can be delayed up to 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your My Verizon account.
