Hi everyone,
I have an Orbic Speed 5G UW Mobile Hotspot (black), and recently I’ve encountered a problem with the device. The battery has expanded so much that it no longer fits inside the device, and the back cover won’t close properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What steps should I take to address this? Should I contact Verizon for a replacement, or is there a different solution?
