I posted a question here a while ago and a Verizon account messaged me and provided me with a number to call and request a "DRC" ticket, however, it isn't an option on the automated system and I still can't figure out to do what I need. So I'm hoping another Verizon rep will see this to assist. Previous post is below.

I work for a civil engineering firm and we often have to reach out to the companies who where found on during the 811 call to request maps or plans that could aid in engineering design of the project.
Is there a general form, inbox, or contact person for this process?"
