I ordered a new service with verizon because my old company went out of business and i only went with verizon to save my number but after starting my new service that same day i got a call saying they could not port the number so i canceled the service. I never activated my sim, I never made a single phone call and the agent said he canceled my account. Verizon then billed me which I never received until it went to collections. After calling verizon and getting it taken care of they canceled the bill and the collections but they locked my phone and I never received any communication otherwise and haven't had service for 6 weeks because my phone got locked. After calling Verizon they said I need to go into a store because my 4 digit pin doesn't work (never set one up)
So now I have to figure out how to get my phone unlocked. And the only solution they have given me is to go into a store. This is absolute garbage.......
Anyone know how to fix this or who I contact for this?
