16 years of acceptable quality service...Not anymore, 2 hours on the phone to attempt to get a discount honored that Verizon offered ME. Most of the time on hold because neither rep had knowledge of much and kept checking? Though both agreed they could "see" the offer I received. Can someone tell me whaattt is happening?
I respectfully request that a Verizon employee listen to both of my calls in the past three weeks for training purposes. Please spend 1.5 hours without fast forwarding through silence and put your phone and computer down so you can't pass the time. Both parties were respectful but there goes 2 hours of nonsense time I'll never get back.
Please apply the $10 line discount on each of my lines for 12 months as the offer (sent twice) mentions. I look forward to hearing from someone.
