Not honoring promotion offered at the time of sale... Where is my $800 in switcher rebates promised???

I am having a terrible time getting Verizon to make good on a $200 switcher rebate that was promised at the time of sale for bringing over 4 new lines of service from AT&T. Do the right thing and follow through. Its been way passed 6-8 weeks and I haven't seen the money yet. Verizon claims promos weren't stackable, however the Rep Isaac had no problem telling me it would just show up on the bill as mass credits after 6-8 weeks. Where has integrity gone? Will you step up and do the right thing? I made financial decisions as the head of my family based on that information and without that money this deal is no good. I was happy with AT&T and only switched because of the deal. I AM FURIOUS!!

The Switcher Rebate has been around for at least as long as I've been using these forums, and as far as I know, you must buy a qualifying phone from Verizon per line you port in, and there may also be a requirement for a specific service plan to use. And yes, discounts and promotions are not stackable. So if you are currently receiving monthly bill credits for something else, this means you were signed up under some other promotion and won't be able to get the switcher rebate. If a sales person was telling you otherwise, this is on them because they were either unaware or after their commission.
