We are being required to construct a turn lane on a public road.
There is a fiber line and associated hand hold box in the easement which we need to build.
When 811 marked the lines, they marked with MCI flags. The number on the flags is either not monitored or no one returns calls.
Is there anyone who can point me to someone in construction services, engineering, etc., for the Tampa/Hillsborough County area.
