Remove Disconnected Overhead Cable from pole scheduled to be removed

Who do I contact at Verizon to have them remove an overhead cable line on a power pole that is slated to be removed by Dominion Energy. Dominion is installing lines underground and the power pole removed however they need Verizon to remove their OH cable prior to remove. The Verizon line is old, not connected to any services since all lines were installed underground previously.

You can't tell whether or not there is service in a cable by looking at it. Just because they also buried a cable it could be for additional service and not to replace existing service. Having said all that the power company is responsible for contacting Verizon not you.
