Its amazing how difficult Verizon has made it to share messages about infrastructure issues.
There is a sunken Manhole in my neighborhood that is becoming a safety issue.
How do I get this reported properly AND get a response from a human?
Although a manhole wouldn't have nothing to do with mobile service. Let's see if this helps. One a manhole could be in the street with an iron lid, or it could be fiberglass placed in the grassy area of an easement. If it's a safety issue and in the street contact your local street department. If it's in the grassy area of an easement contact your local utility commission. I don't think it going to do much good to try and contact Verizon as their reps wouldn't be well versed on the issue you have.
