Device Unlocked (iPad)

Hi. I bought a new iPad In Paraguai and it was locked from Verizon. Than, I activated it In a Verizon Plan more than 90 days ago. My iPad is still locked and I cant use any other carrier.
And I can’t contact with any support from Verizon. I am outside US, with a still valid Verizon plan and unable to use The iPad with any other network carrier.

I'm pretty sure the device unlocking policy says devices must be used on Verizon's network, not simply signed up with Verizon, for 60 days. If you are outside the US, the iPad would not have been working on Verizon because Verizon only operates in the US. Not sure how you managed to sign up with Verizon, but if you are still paying for a service plan with them, I'd cancel it.

In a nutshell, Verizon will not unlock devices remotely. If you are able to contact the seller, your best bet is to try to get a refund. Sadly, threads like yours are a very common problem.
