Who do I need to contact to have a utility box repaired on my property? It has been broken for some time and I'm unsure of who to contact to have it replaced or repaired. It is wide open and exposed to the elements. We have tried taping it together on multiple occasions but it does not stay for long. It is in my front yard and is an eye sore to have it there in the first place, let alone damaged.
