When will Pole Permits for Point Broadband be completed in Buchanan County, Virginia?

Point Broadband has state funding to run fiber in Buchanan County, Virginia. For 9 months now they claim that Verizon pole permits are the reason they have not been able to get service to my area. When will these pole permits be completed? Why has it taken so long for them to be completed?

this has nothing to do with verizon rolling out service. this is related to pole permit work you are supposed to do on your poles for another internet service provider so they can roll out service. Point Broadband and Virginia's office of Broadband have both said that you have held them up for over 9 months waiting on this pole permit work to get done. This is not a isolated issue to Buchanan County Virginia either. if you shoot me a message i'll tell you my address and you can ask your engineering team (or whoever handles pole permit requests for other isps) when this work will get done.
