I have an abandoned GTE pedestal in the backyard. The metal casing has completely fallen off and all that remains is exposed wires! I have no idea if this is still active or not, but it has become a serious hazard. I am worried about a potential fire, and also have a toddler that has noticed the wires and tried to go for them a few times. Need to get this removed ASAP! Please advise!
