I took advantage of an offer on TH 3/26. I received a confirmation email saying they would let me know when the order was ready. For 2 days I checked the app and it kept saying order being processed. on SAT 3/29 I finally got an email saying my order was ready for pick-up, but I was no where near the store. The email did not give a deadline for picking the phone up. That night I received another email saying my order was canceled because I hadn't picked it up. Now after an hour and 3 transfers in chat and another 55 minutes of texting I have been told that the offer has expired and no one can help me and that after 20 years as a customer if I want to go to T-Mobile that's my choice. Verizon made a mistake which I understand happens, but now they won't honor an offer that I used literally days ago. Has anyone run into this before? I asked repeatedly to just place the same order with the same offer, but they are telling me it is a hard no and cannot be escalated because the promo has expired.
