Damage caused by Verizon installer

Hi, Verizon,

I'm writing because damage was caused to our apartment building by the Verizon installer who came to do preliminary work before the Fios line arrives at our building. He drilled through the concrete lintel over the doorway to the building, which may compromise the structural integrity of that lintel and wall.

I'm writing on behalf of the coop board. I would like to know what recourse we have and what we can do to address this.
