I placed an order for a iPhone 16plus on 4/2/2025 @ 11:45am for in store pickup.
in the past when I have ordered devices, the order was ready with in 2-6 hours for pick up
please explain to me why my order status still says preparing order on today 4/3/2025 @ 8:02am est
