Hello Verizon. I wanted to restore my old Verizon number. My friends and I used to use the Family plan but now this plan is not working, so I wanted to restore my number separately.
How long ago was the number disconnected? If it's been over 45 days, you'd have to call Verizon and ask if the number is still available, because phone numbers go up for recycling sometime after 45 days and could be someone else's number and with a different carrier. Otherwise, I'd think it's just a matter of getting Verizon to sign you back up for an individual account with the requested number.
