My son deleted the family app on his phone and now I cannot repair it no matter what I do. Keep getting a message that it cannot be paired because its not connected to the internet.
Hello smitskeeny, please use the Verizon Family link I attached to help you troubleshoot your son's app.

Yeah tried all that. I get to the screen and it says his phone is "not on the network" not sure what that means.
Hello smitskeeney, The message "not on the network" means the cellular network can't reach the phone. This could be due to several reasons, including the phone being turned off, having a weak signal, being in an area with no coverage, or experiencing a problem with the SIM card. It's also possible the person has blocked your number or has a billing issue. I will send you a private message here so we can help take a look.
My guess is the child deleted the Smart Family app, then installed a VPN and/or blocked the parents' number. If there is a way to access the phone itself, one would have to delete any unwanted apps from it first, then the Smart Family app could be reinstalled. There are ways to prevent app downloads on either iPhone or Android if you Google for the instructions.
