If i could leave a zero star review- I would.
Long story short i sent them my old phone (samsung s20 ultra) which they are providing $27/mo "credit" yet that credit is negated if i attempt to leave. This tells me that they are commited not only theft but also fraud. Stay away from Verizon and go elsewhere. Sending smoke signals might be better than dealing with a corrupt corporation such as Verizon wireless.
