I disconnected my Verizon 5G internet back last October and switched to At&T and I was having the hardest time trying to return the equipment , the Verizon store refused to take it , I was told by multiple agents that they would be sending a label and a box to ship it back never got anything , I finally was able to speak with someone and I just asked for the address and shipped the equipment back , now I have a collection on my credit from Verizon for their equipment that was shipped back and it’s reduced my credit score by 26 points.
how is it that they make it almost impossible to send the equipment back and then have the audacity to send you to collections for the equipment!
I am beyond frustrated with the company!
