Are you prepaid? Prepaid customers aren't eligible for these promotions. The only other thing which comes to mind is if there's a problem with your credit history when the system ran the credit check.
No. I'm not prepaid. This si before I in put any info like ss#, payment info, etc. If it's because of credit history, can't I get it with a down payment without paying all at once?
