Sales reps don’t tell you all the offers and you give up your old carrier and trade in phones with balances — later to find out there were offers he could’ve offered for you to save and when you come back to the store they can’t help you or fix it then they want you to go to corporate store then corporate store wants you to call corporate 1800 number and then you’re emailing begging the “pay off your phone” email address to consider your situation and you’re kind of in limbo following up every 4-6 weeks.
