Can't link my wireless and my FiOS accounts

I have been unable to access my wireless account online and have had to login as a guest just to pay my bill. Apparently my zip code is wrong somewhere. I can access my FiOS account just fine but I'd like to link both my wireless and FiOS/Internet all into one my Verizon account and possibly pay both bills at once?

Also, I'm a registered nurse for going on 19 years. Nobody told me there's a discount for that?

As for the nurse discount, I'd have to think you are eligible for the Mobile + Home bundle discount, and may already be receiving that? Discounts and promotions are NOT stackable, so I'd check for which discount is the better one and go with that one. I have read numerous posts from people who ended up getting the lesser of 2 discounts when they asked, and it can't be reversed...
