I recently opened a business account for my company and cannot access the manager. I've called, left my number to no avail. It all started because I wanted to setup auto pay because I'm tired of having my service cut on or before the due date. Finding help is a bit too much.
I had a higher respect for Verizon over all other service providers. Willing to pay the higher cost for great service. Now I'm questioning this thinking.
