Nobody knows nothing about my order

I purchased a phone on april 15th and today is the 18th and nobody knows anything about my phone, Not even at the store. So verizon keep my money . The phone was a gift for my wife and now this is a nigthmare. I have depression and now I have to deal with this horrible company that lied to me. Nobody wants to cancel my order and now they have my money.

If Verizon won't ship the phone for whatever reason and they billed you anyway, have you tried disputing the charge with your bank?
