I created a Verizon account to set up my new home with internet, when I try to log in to my account I am being asked to link my account and none of my information is available.

Did you register your home internet account with the User ID for Fios service, or if you have the 5G Home Internet service, the "phone number" assigned to the internet gateway? I'm assuming you don't have cell phone service with Verizon, but if you do, there's a process to merge your user IDs so everything goes into one account.
