There is a verizon utility pole behind my parents house that has a wasp nest. I have been reaching out to verizon on my parents behalf because of a language barrier. I have been trying to get verizon to exterminate the wasps for the past year. I have tried calling and chatting with agents but they keep submitting tickets for my service address instead of my parents. (They do not use verizon services). How do I contact someone who can help with something like this?
