We have underground Verizon wiring near the curb of our front yard. The cover to the box is broken, and has been for several years. I reported it a long time ago, and no action has been taken.
This is a hazard to anyone who may twist an ankle or worse if they step in the "box" that is no longer covered. It seems to me this is an easy fix...just needs a new cover.
How do we get this resolved?
