What does it take to get a Verizon pull box lid (that is a tripping hazard for pedestrians) replaced on the sidewalk? I have called support multiple times (as have my neighbors), shown Tech Support a video of the collapsed lid on the sidewalk, and they even sent a tech out to look at it. The tech who saw it said he would contact the construction group to have the lid replaced, but that of course never happened. I have wasted hours of time on the phone with Verizon on this silly issue. Why is Verizon so dysfunctional they can't complete even the simplest task? Ridiculous!!
