I ordered two devices online and the Verizon agent was mistaking the shipping address. I have contacted customer service in three consecutive days asking them to update the address with FedEx, but the package has been held at their facility for three days and kept delaying the shipping date. I called FedEx today and they say the address was never updated. What a shame that it wasted me huge amount of time trying to fix the error made by Verizon and nothing changed.
