HelloI was trying to add an Ukrainian eSim,but it's saying that eSim is not supported. I texted Apple and they said that it's locked to Verizon. How i can unlock it?
If you bought your Apple device from a third party and the device is showing as locked with Verizon, you’ll need to reach out to the original seller you purchased from. Hi, I'm assuming you are outside of the United States and you purchased an iPhone in Ukraine. If the phone is showing as locked to Verizon, you need to ask for a refund from the seller. Unfortunately, this is a common problem with phones purchased through 3rd party vendors.
