Can't link Verizon Business Account VBM Account Linking

I am a long-time business customer trying to sign up to pay my bill online instead of by paper.

I have created a Verizon Business account online with username/password and can log in.

When I try to link my Account Number, Order Number, Phone Number, etc. I get to a page with URL https://business.verizon.com/MyBusinessAccount/accountLinking#/add-account . I type in my account number and zip code. I hit "Continue" button. Nothing happens. I try using various methods (Account, Phone, Email) all of them are nonresponsive in the same way.

Have tried different browsers including Edge, Chrome, and Safari. None work.
