Missin text log

This is a nightmare

Bill came out missin time and dates on text log pdf not avail. . Called multiple times told me they were updating never did constantly told me wait site updates after 24-48hrs no information is shown even though i know texts were sent and recieved. there is hours at a time missing told system crashed by several representatives others said they didn't know why this happened conflicting stories Please help !!!!!!!!

We always want our customers to be able to view their usage history when needed. Missing text logs can depend on the messaging app being used such as Google messages and iMessages. These are third party apps that use data not the SMS system. We will send you a private message to look into this further with you.
