Verizons contractors started their digs/tunneling into our neighborhood last week. Some of the digs/tunneling of the orange tubing and fiber cable were done in front of homes and the opposite runs were done in the back yards. Thie digging required workman to manual dig as well as heavy machinery to tunnel through the ground . While this process was going on my shed siding was damaged. The workman didn't notify me but I checked the grounds and shed after they left because it looked a little be unsettling as I had multiples of crew back there throwing stuff around. I contacted Verizon on Friday and they told me they would have someone contact me Monday Morning and I have not heard back. I've tried several time to contact them and I sit on hold from 30-45 minutes after being passed around r hung up on.
this unsettling for a company as large as this to not take responsibility for property damage.
