I was promised a welcome bonus of $50 when I switched to Verizon. I have spoken to multiple agents on the phone, who made "notations in my file", and a member of the rewards team who said it would arrive by email. I finally received an email in July 15 that said, "Great news - your reward is on its way. We'll send it to you via email within seven to ten business days."
They didn't send it. And there is no "Fios Welcome Bonus" link where I can view the status of my card, despite what they said.
This is ridiculous. After reading the forums, it is clear this has been an ongoing issue for others as well. Shame on you Verizon. I'm going to file an official complaint.
