In March I learned that I have been paying for Discovery + through my Verizon FIOS internet. I did not want nor did I ever use this service. On April 7th I cancelled the service and received an email confirmation that the service was removed. However, since then I have continued to be charged $9.99 per month for the service. I have made five calls to customer service to remedy this and every time I am disconnected before speaking to an actual person. I am out of patience. Please help me to stop these charges and refund the payments since my confirmed cancellation.
