Reconnect my service
Hi, since your thread is in the Prepaid forum, I'm guessing you either ported out and are trying to come back, or your service plan expired and then was cancelled if you didn't renew in time. Prepaid customers have to get a new prepaid account if service is disconnected for any reason. You can either call Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804, or visit a Verizon store to get set back up.
If you are postpaid and your service was disconnected, it's a different story and depends on the reason why you were disconnected and for how long.
