So this may have already been asked and answered (I apologize if this is so), but my husband is fed up with not being able to use his Blitz. We have the Verizon pay as you go plans and want to keep using this plan.
But the Blitz has stopped holding a charge, even with a new battery. It's about a year and a half old.
My question is, what do we do to transfer service to a new or replacement phone? We have old ones around the house that were used with SIM cards-can these be replacements for him so that we don't have to buy a new one?
