I am having trouble getting the outgoing e-mail to work with charter.net. Charter people says its a Verizon issue and Verizon says its a charter issue. Anybody know the real story?
Typical of Charter.
I finally got Verizon customer service to hook me up with Motorola customer service. They took this problem as a challenge and got it sorted out. Took almost an hour on the phone.
Working well now, no thanks to Charter.
