have been getting errors on multiple apps trying to use my fios logon for apps like Fox One TNT Tbs to name a few. When I enter the credentials its says page is unavailable.
This is happening to me, as well. Anyone know how to resolve this?
Disclaimer: I do not have Fios, so I'm speculating. But I thought there was a Fios TV app if you're trying to use your Fios service on mobile devices.
I am also experiencing this issue across several apps like Fox Sports, Gotham Sports, and others
Are these problems occurring with the Fios TV app, the Verizon Home app, or something else? I know where to find contact information for the 2 apps I mentioned.
Other apps for me, Fox Sports and Gotham Sports were the two I was experiencing the issue with. After a chat with Customer Support yesterday they opened a ticket and today it appears to be working for me.
thanks I am going to reach back out to them i chatted and they told me it was an issue on the end they were working on a resolution
i was able to get TNT to finally worj this morning …. My fox one … tbs …..gotham are still down i get the same message about a VPN which i am not using
