IIf I upgrade line will allmy saved passwords that I have in Samsung pass and Google passwords transfer over to to upgrade line or do I have to write down all my passwords first
If you are simply upgrading the service plan on your line and keeping the same device, your apps won't be affected. If you are getting a new device, download the same password managers that you've been using to the new device. Then login to the password manager with the master password if it is a cloud-synced type app and your password vault will transfer to the new device. Or if the password manager is tied to a local account on your device, login to the account associated with the password manager on the new device and the passwords will transfer over. More details taken from Google below. Method 3 is used only if you are changing password manager apps entirely between devices.
Method 1: Cloud-Synced Apps (1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane, etc.)
If you use a dedicated password manager, your data is already backed up in the cloud.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play on your new phone.
Log in with your email and Master Password (and any 2FA tokens).
Wait a few seconds for the vault to synchronize.
Method 2: Native Account Managers (Google Password Manager or Apple iCloud Keychain)
If your passwords are tied to your phone's default accounts:
Android (Google Password Manager): Just sign in to your new Android phone with the same Google Account. All your saved passwords will automatically transfer and autofill.
iPhone (iCloud Keychain): Sign in to your new iPhone using your Apple Account. Your saved passwords will sync via iCloud.
Method 3: Direct Export & Import (CSV Files)
If you are changing from one type of password manager to a completely different one, you may need to export a file from the old app and import it into the new one:
Export: Open the old password manager on your computer or old phone and find the Export option in the settings. Save the file (usually a .csv).
Import: Open the new password manager, go to Settings, and select Import. Upload the exported file.Delete the exported file: Delete the .csv file from your device immediately, as it contains readable, unencrypted passwords.
