Month-to-month Billing for 4G Mobile Hotspot

With the switch to billing for 4G mobile hotspot in June, is it something where we, for example, would be contractually obligated to pay 20$/month for a year, or would we be able to pay for a month at a time as needed?

 

I would only need to use mobile hotspot a few times a year so I would not want to have to pay for months that I don't use it.

Since the Mobile Hotspot is a feature, you will have the option to add/remove it as needed.
